      Great brand behind them, collaborative workforce, flexibility, autonomous working (no micromanagement), B-Corp, Employee owned business.

      Pros

      Supportive environment Good people to build relationships with No suit and tie Great balance between female and male employees Ridiculously knowledgeable senior and principal members of staff to learn from Genuine care about our markets/industries Approachable colleagues No big egos and ringing of bells!

      Building work has been difficult when trying to focus (not the companies fault) Could be more paid social events (pre covid)

      Friendly and collaborative colleagues. Experienced staff who really understand their markets. No salesly rubbish. No whiteboards or Cube19. No laddish culture. Supportive Directors. Opportunity to own part of the business for all staff. Lovely office environment. Work with some great clients across all industries.

      Cons

      Can't be in the office right now! When life returns to normal need to do more social things together.
