      Pros

      Relaxed work environment. Trusted - If you do your job properly, you'll do it without anyone looming over your shoulder. Good pay - For what the job asks of you and entry without a degree or anything.

      Cons

      Lack of training - You spend only one day of learning the layout of the premises and all protocols before starting your regular shifts. Accountability Imbalance - Some employees are seemingly held accountable while others aren't. Attire - I will never understand why security jobs require you to wear constrictive clothing.
