    Teachers are friendly and very helpful to new hires

    Cons

    Little support for new hires from administration, veteran assistants are insubordinate, no union

    Advice to Management

    Provide ongoing training for Behavior Trainer Assistants and One to ones.

    Pros

    There's very few. The only thing I say that was good when I worked was my supervisor Harry Nussbaum but he retired from the company.

    Cons

    A little unorganized, benefits are so, so. There wasn't much teamwork. Some of my coworkers were sneaky.

    You love the individuals you take care of

    The pay isn’t that great although they just did a 50 cents increase
    The work we do deserves more money
