I worked at AMCON Distributing (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    Paid vacation, 401k, insurance, 2 breaks + lunch(not paid)

    Cons

No advancement, bosses always breathing down you back, too much favoritism, management treat you like slaves and don't realize we are just as good and important as they are. Get them out of the work place and they will see they are no better than anyone else. They are jerks! No organization or respect.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees like they mean something and they will work harder for you. People don't produce when you are constantly treating them like crap. Without the workers the company would die. Get your heads out of your rear ends and see the big picture. You get what you pay for. You need to go to classes for people skills!!
