    I worked at ASP (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Working experience with children. Relationships made with co-workers. Depending on your site/school, advancement opportunities (rarely).

    Cons

    The pay rate...only 1 time .50 cent raise, none afterwards for counselors at least. They seem to hire anybody with a clean record, hs diploma and availabilityto work a few hours in the middle of the day 5 days a week. Depending on the site/school, some directors/counselors worth ethnic is crap. It's gotten worse from the time I first started to the time I left...children = $$$, therefore, your opinion doesn't matter or your

    More equal opportunities to advance for all positions for all employees. Raises.

    Pros

    They invest in each employee with different training and networking exercises. They give you the tools to grow within the company. Great benefits and very rewarding. Great for competitive people who want to work in sports!

    Cons

    Daily grind with calls. Not for everyone.

    Pros

    Nice pay for teaching online short courses.... Beginning at $100+ per/hour. Taxes are not deducted though so put some aside. I love helping fortune 500 employees learn more about their data.

    Cons

    Removed my name from courses without my knowledge and did not let me know until I inquired about the course I was confirmed to teach. This happened more than once.

    Advice to Management

    Once you confirm a course, give the instructor the respect of a cancellation notice if they are removed from the course.

    unreasonable at times, only 2 weeks vacation, no comp time, make up time, or overtime.

    Pros

    Work at nights and study if you like since there are certain sites where you can find time during night hours.

    Cons

    Don't get too many hours in a week, so you cant save.

    Everything starting from parking lot the company earns crore but of the parking space for vehicles is worst in the world ....

    It keeps you next to the elder people and it might address you to the job you would like most.

    Cons

    it takes you the best hours of your day and lot of energy as well. But it is bearable!

    Adopting "gentle care" is the solution and always it will be!
