Pros

Working from home Awesome concept with helping others

Cons

Upper Management does not want to listen for new ideas and they are “always” right Unrealistic expectations All about numbers and not how you help consumers High turnover rate,11 people quit in 7 months, pretty sad when company is only around 20 people

Pros

Working from home allows for flexibility in your work day.

Cons

TONS of micromanaging and unnecessary documentation. The company doesn’t care about its employees or the people they are funded to serve.

unrealistic goals, no training

Pros

work at home and somewhat flexible

Cons

unrealistic goals that are not achievable unless you have a few organizations that send you a ton of referrals. no training at the beginning so everyone is lost when starting. pretty rude superiors that don’t care about employees, just care about the numbers. The job would be good if the expectations were within reason and the micromanaging wasn’t so bad. no matter how hard you work, no one cares. very different job experience here.
