    Pros

ATR was a great company that really cared for and attended to their workers needs. There were flexible hours with good pay and my employer listens and caters to all of my needs.

    Cons

I can't think of any cons for this company.

    Pros

Didn't have the chance. Don't know. Don't know Don't know

    Cons

Worst training I ever had. Worked many years in various office environments, and left the first day disgusted, and feeling like a complete moron.

    Advice to Management

    Better training for qualified employees.

    Pros

In a contract position, very supportive back of house staff. Good self funded benefits selection. We were remembered at the Holidays with a Holiday lunch and gift.

    Cons

I actually did not find any cons to working for ATR in the roll of a contractor. I would have liked to be a full time direct employee for a company that helped with the benefits but as they say - it is what it is. My bills got paid through the recession and that is what counts.

    Advice to Management

It would be nice to get some feed back from you on how we are doing, meeting expectations, dressing appropriately, and more on a scheduled basis, especially those on long term assignment (over three years)

    Negative Outlook

I worked at ATR full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good friend recommended me to join the company that he had just joined 2 months before.

    Cons

Terrible unprofessional behavior from the owners of the company, A couple husband and wife, that hire and fire personnel without any justification but to get leads and references of the people you know.

    Advice to Management

Do not join this company if you are in Sales or Marketing. You will not last more than 6 months and then they fire you, even if you are doing a good job. Completely unethical.
