Pros
Work was valued. Praised a lot. Made a lot of Liaisons. Had freedom to explore advances in the field of Special Education.
Cons
Management overall was excellent but while granting money for day to day expenses the immediate supervisor created lot of red tape hence that made performance deliverance a difficulty. Although in latest Standard Operating procedures drafted by self and upper management this problem was overcome and my predecessors will not face any such problems.
