      Great group of guys, they are your best support for the chaos up there

      Cons

      The management is a “do as I say” leadership style. Don’t expect to have any ideas on how work should be done because they won’t listen or will tell you that you are wrong. It doesn’t matter how many years experience you have as a technician because you will be treated like an apprentice. Expect to be over worked and under valued.
