When things are good, best place there is to be and it is heart and dollar
Cons
Consistent false information from leadership. Told things are improving, investors lining up. Then a week later, oh nevermind, the funds aren’t there. No layoffs..then layoffs. Cherry on top is changing bonus payment date ONE DAY before the scheduled date. Claims of corporate transparency are pure lies.

Pay is great if you work hard. Flexible with hours, lunch, and breaks. Consistent work when things are going well.
Cons
Some of your teammates will be dishonest and do whatever they can to get a sale including messing up your opportunities, management can be slow to catch issues before they spiral into bigger problems.
