Pros
Good pay, fast expense reimbursement, decent benefits but the healthcare needs some attention, good lines of communication throughout the company, interesting target markets and industries, great place to flex your technical muscle. I genuinely enjoy my job with all it's challenges and still look forward to work every day.
Cons
Too much infighting and resistance that gets in the way of getting your job done sometimes. As you can see from other example reviews, too many whiny, pampered, indulged people who think the world is here to serve them. You either bring a positive attitude and solutions OR you bring problems and blame "management" for all the ills. These people then leave the company and leave these odious "reviews" and blame everyone but somehow exclude themselves and the part they played. All I can say is that the productive, positive people who have left the company or are still here have not posted nasty reviews here. Take that for what it says.
