      Pros

      Four-day work week provides decent work/life balance. Entry-level opportunities available to gain starting experience. Job security.

      Cons

      Leaders are immature and condescending. Significant turnover leads to frequent loss of experience and institutional knowledge, and also departments being short staffed. Very limited communication, leaders withhold information that would help make employees more efficient at their jobs. Company software is very limiting.
