    I worked at AdCom8 full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Very professional company. The customer service team does excellent work. Good online reviews and tools to help the product sell. Good technicians who build fantastic websites.
The company pays amazing attention to detail and offers an overall wonderful product.
Free pizza and beer Fridays. Good pay if you can keep up sales-wise. Great coworkers.

    Cons

No training. If you don't make enough sales, you're out.

The leads are old and overused but management will never admit it; they'll just blame you. The robocall message is deceptive; it basically misleads people into thinking the call is coming from Google without actually saying they are Google, plus it pretends to offer a free service so people don't know it's a sales call. It's a good product but when people know they've been deceived, it starts off a bad business relationship. Not to mention the leads have already been called over and over again.

My manager didn't any give good advice as to how to handle the situation except to play scenes from The Wolf of Wall Street on his computer. It sucks always having to worry about your job security as your manager will always constantly remind you. Too much emphasis on energy and motivation as opposed to getting better quality leads and a more honest message.

The company is looking for sales sharks who know how to smooth-talk people in order to get over the poor quality of their leads and their deceptive message instead of letting a good product just sell itself. If you're not one of those Wolf of Wall Street types, you might as well not bother applying because the company does not want you.

    Advice to Management

Get better leads. Train your sales reps. Get a more honest message. Hire better management.

    Pros

They take care of their workers, customers, and their online presence which builds more credibility in sales. Their product is the most tangible intangible product on the market right now.

    Cons

Can't think of any! They're perfect in my opinion!

    Advice to Management

    Keep being the greatest!

I have been working at AdCom8 full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Finally, an SEO company that not only treats its employees right, but also its customers. They have great motivation and management as well as the pay and daily spiffs and free food and drinks and pizza fridays, but on top of that it is a fun place to work overall.

The nicest part about it is the fact that they stand behind their product, provide great customer service, and we can actually show people the reviews.

All I can say is I am very happy here, and I can see myself staying here for the long term.

    Cons

Costa Mesa is not the ideal place for me, but that is just because I live far away from here. If they would move closer to my house, it would be perfect (just a thought).

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work. All the little things are what make it great to work here, so just keep adding great little treats for your employees and we will be even happier.

    I have been working at AdCom8 full-time

    Pros

I've finally found the right company for me! After working for numerous other marketing companies, I have finally found a company that makes me PROUD to say I work for. Awesome, positive, upbeat office atmosphere with hands on, super generous owners that are IN the office each day and care about their employees and each client we bring on.

Wheel spins when you sign up each new client for CASH, free snacks and drinks and pizza on Fridays are just an added bonus to working for this awesome, honest, hardworking company that actually DOES WHAT THEY SAY. Can't say enough good things about working here!

    Cons

no health benefits, traffic is tough getting out the 55 in the evenings.

    Advice to Management

    Keep being YOU!
