      Strong teamwork and innovation in a friendly environment

      Pros

      Strong team work, lots of moving parts so you really contribute to the success of the team. Open environment, everyone is friendly Innovation and new ideas welcomed, the strategy is formed ground up. New people with experience in different areas can build out their own career route.

      Pros

      Weekly pay, 8.45 - 17.15 Mon-Fri. Do not appear to check qualifications or references. Easy to get to as near to centre of Altrincham.

      Cons

      Undervalued staff. If you sell you can do well if you don't sell and work hard you are ignored. Business owners are out of touch as never in the office. Directors do not communicate with staff. Feedback to management never anonymous - no trust in HR department.

      Avoid if you value your mental health

      Pros

      Good location in Altrincham and that's about it.

      Cons

      Give you a large client base leading to overworked staff. Extremely high turnover and staff suffering burnout upon leaving. Horrendous sales focus that just bring onboard any business even those not suited to Google Ads and then question the PPC account managers when the business owner leaves because it was never going to work. Very dependant on young staff fresh out of university to keep overheads down as they can pay them less. Very fond of increasing workloads for people but not as quick to increase the financial benefits for staff in terms of pay.

At Add People, we take pride in providing support to our colleagues not only to help them advance in their careers but also to assist them in dealing with any mental health struggles they may be experiencing. We have trained Mental Health First Aiders on staff, managers participate in external Mental Health Awareness training, and we have established connections with professional associations outside of Add People to enhance our support network.
