      Good Company but Poor Middle Management

      Good Product Good Incentive Scheme Superb colleague and very very helpful

      Cons

      Middle Management specially in APAC is absolutely pathetic, super partial towards some set of employees without any super special performance and showcasing others that they are good for nothing even though everyones performance on records is same and no concrete feedback is given when asked as why others are preferred and that's because they don't have stats to prove them right. Senior management should really intervene before it's too late and they loose some really good employees in the region.

      Pros

      Adjust offers its employees a competitive salary plus a large benefits package. 100% medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage is not very common in the US. Working for a company that values its employees' health and well-being is something I am proud of. In my experience, my manager has been sensitive to my concerns and values my opinions.

      Cons

      Not a lot of females in leadership roles.
