Pros

Good people all around and strong sales team. Great niche product that is easy to sell due to their stock levels vs their competitors. Good name in the industry also because they stick to their distribution channels and don't go around just to get some extra profit margin. Owners are good people and great to work for.

Cons

Cons aren't common. Salary is pretty locked in, no profit sharing for employees. Heavy travel at times, but worth it when new growing territories.
