    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Advanced Document Systems full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The boss away from the office a lot

    Cons

The Boss is a MONSTER. The boss is verbally abusive. This employer has tried to improve his GlassDoor score by writting his own reviews. The boss's training style is to yell at you and ask you questions that rely on ONLY THE BOSS'S PERSONAL KNOWLEDGE to answer well. Make one mistake and the boss will return to your desk four times in fifteen minutes and give you the SAME LECTURE over and over again. The boss will ask you to do something, and EVEN IF YOU WHAT IS REQUESTED if the result is not what the boss expected (say a good response to a email) HE WILL YELL AT YOU. How is anyone supposed to get the "happy-happy-joy-joy" response from another person? I am not responsible for how they respond. . . If you dare to stand up to the boss's attacks, the boss yells at you even MORE. I wish that I could warn future employees BEFORE they put their eggs ANYWHERE near this basket. This employer turns employees like basketball players turn the ball.

    Advice to Management

    The employer is beyond repair

    Pros

Xerox product line is excellent and service is outstanding

    Cons

Agency managmentdoes not honor committments to sales team, operates by a "fear for job" mentality and regards high preforming people as "expenses" rather than assets.

    Pros

The only thing that is positive in this job is the 1st month, it is all Xerox training. Going to California for training was the best part, then it will hell.

    Cons

Payment Structure is horrible. 100% commission after 4 months with an 20/80 split. Work life balance is horrible. You will get called out by the CEO if you leave before 6pm. Required to make 50 cold calls in the first 2 hours of the day. If you a recent college grad trying to get some experience and a paycheck this is not it. High High High Turnover

    Advice to Management

Appreciate your employees, they are the ones fattening your wallet. Create an environment where the employees don't feel threatened and stupid.

    Pros

Great training and potential for growth. The owner is a great salesman, and you can learn a lot from him.

    Cons

The management style won't appeal to most employees, and you'll be lucky to get paid what you expect when you expect it.

    Advice to Management
