Work is ok if you don't need to collaborate with anyone who doesn't appreciate your work

The management team can be intimidating and it's not an easy task collaboration with them. They always say no and disagree with you like there isn't anything good you can do

There are nice people here with such great talents.
Cons
I pity this place for not maximizing the talents of of the people working here, instead, their hard work and efforts were always put to waste. This place has undergone countless several changes for 7 months that I worked here. It was crazy and made everything chaotic and unorganized. Priorities kept changing so the focus were always shifting leaving employees confused and demotivated.
