A good starter gig.

Pros

The office culture is fun and inviting, the work can be somewhat interesting depending on the project, and it's a great place to get your foot in the door and get something on your resume. They're fairly lenient with working from home and are understanding about time off and life situations and whatnot.

Cons

Upper management can be difficult. They don't communicate very well and have a tendency to blame employees in lower positions instead of rethinking what they're doing. As a result, there is a super high turnover rate in certain departments. The pay isn't very competitive for some of these positions as well, including the social media team, and there's very little room for growth.
