- People are amazing & positive - Can learn a lot - Initial salary is high

Cons

- Very fast paced and demanding - SaaS but feels like Software house - High leave rate. Not a lot of people knows the inside of the software, since everyone quits due to pressure - A LOT of Sales, too litle developers and Testers - No such thing as work hours. Need to work until 11pm & weekends? Work till 11pm & weekends you do
