    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Aedgency full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

There's only so much to say about it...

Poor management of inexperienced people. Decisions coming from above but only the team members are responsible for failures. Constant chaos and arguing with only 20 workers on the board.

    Cons

If you like to quarrel with others, that is an ideal place for you. working there can be a serious nerve-wracking experience.

    Advice to Management

Strategies taken by management are irresponsible and irrational. If nothing will change here, company will drown very soon.

    I worked at Aedgency full-time

    Pros

Great place to start and learn. You get the chance to interact with all the different departments, work hand in hand with other companies and manage a wide variety of tasks.

New products and solutions are continuously released, which is great to learn by doing.

The salary and benefits offered to its employees, under the current financial and social context in Spain, was pretty good.

Also very flexible with working hours, holidays and sickness absences.

Offices in Barcelona are well located, as well as being nice and cosy.

    Cons

To many office politics which really spoils the opportunity to set out and develop a proper career path.

    Advice to Management

If only the directors and decision makers steered in the same direction and invested more wisely, the chance to reach higher heights would certainly be possible.

    Pros

The pay is good for being in Barcelona and its with free medical. You can practise French, Italian, Spanish and English every day if you like.

    Cons

The management is terrible. Very boring day, no structure. Even though the pay is good, I took a pay decrease just to get out of the place. Probably the most unorganised place I ever worked. Virtually no communication between people related to the work. You have to guess what is coming up next and how you are doing. Everybody is just walking around saying they're busy yet you will never see anybody work 1 minute later than they are suppose.

    Advice to Management

The company should really move in a completely different direction. Installing products on peoples computers to display ads cannot be a longterm thing, it just annoys people. Improve communication. Have managers and people that aren't only turning up for pay day.

    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

    - international environment
    - good location (Barcelona, Spain)
    - summer parties
    - salary relatively higher than Spanish market offers (although working in such an unprofessional organization is not worth it)

    Cons

-The main problem of this company is the top management's mentality, totally detached from the reality: corporate wannabe identity with SME knowledge and possibilities leads to grotesque results.
    - The company's main business model was based on offering users "free" software that comes with deceptively (in my opinion) bundled adware installation. Adware is a pop under with commercial offers. Very 1995.
    - The top management is a group of random people that lacks any business intuition, too many random, drastic decisions
    - Many mid management positions filled with under-experienced people
    - HR policies are beyond any comprehension
    - Lack of flexibility regarding working time (10am-7pm fixed)
    - Half of holidays has to be taken in July or August

    Advice to Management

Change your attitude towards users (they are more internet savvy than you think) and employees also change HR management.

    - Company's problems started when "free" products were listed and blocked by antivirus programs

    - An employee has to work minimum one at the same position before he/she is allowed to change it
