    Cons

    Pros

good experiences, character building environment, cultural diversity and good people.

    Cons

functions work in silos, low collaboration so that projects and tasks are unnecessarily difficult. bureaucracy is rife resulting in a less than agile environment for what should be an agile sector

    Advice to Management

    Plan, communicate and collaborate better.
Develop people from a strategic necessity perspective for business success which subsequently supports the State rather than trying to directly support nationalization only.
