Great benefits, including a defined benefit pension plan; focus on work-life balance; non-management employees are genuinely helpful.

Cons

And you'd think with the name of the company the organization would be innovative in their management style and approach? Au contraire! Very bureaucratic and lots of backroom discussions happening at the top, especially between the CEO and HR.

Management is toxic and draining. Work Culture is stressful and people are working 60-80 hours a week just to keep up.
