Pros
- The people and culture at AIM are second to none- from onboarding to departure, every single person I've encountered in my time at this company has been the utmost supportive, caring and just all around some of the greatest people I've worked with. Everyone has each other's back and you really grow to feel a part of the AIM family (despite being 100% remote) - AIM has a great reputation in the industry for a reason; they truly do set the standard of excellence in terms of quality of work being output. - Rapid growth (both individually and company wide) - The company provides strong recognition and reward for people doing great work - Robust benefits package, competitive compensation for an agency
Cons
- Being a small company, there is a noticeable ceiling in that there's not much room for career advancement beyond the Senior Account Manager level

Pros
Flexible time off and work from home
Cons
Low pay and very poor communication with the people in charge. The poor communication makes it incredibly difficult to get your tasks done in a reasonable amount of time, you are often kept waiting for hours for a response from certain higher ups. They tell you to reach out to them for anything or feel free to ask them any questions but then they go hours without answering you which doesn’t create the best environment, it comes off as pretty passive aggressive. It’s also very frustrating personally to feel like you are constantly hitting road blocks during your work, it makes you feel ineffective and leaves you wondering how anything is getting accomplished around the company.
