      - Expectations are set extremely high without adequate support or preparation - Little to no proper training is provided for new employees - New hires are often thrown in unprepared and left to figure things out alone - Employees are left to struggle without guidance or structure - Constant pressure is applied instead of offering real assistance or direction - Leadership fails to provide meaningful help while expecting immediate results

      The experience was better than I was expecting

      Pros

      Didn’t know much about logistics before starting here, but picked things up pretty quickly after learning the daily routine. Always something happening, so the workday never feels slow. Some shipment situations getting hectic, but the team usually helping instead of leaving one person buried in work. Much better at handling customers without panicking when schedules suddenly change.

      Some shipment issues require additional coordination outside regular hours
