Pros
The hours were consistent and predictable.
Cons
Nobody wanted to speak up, even when things went wrong. There was this unspoken rule that raising issues meant you’d be seen as difficult. Team leads avoided confrontation by ignoring repeated errors. It created an environment where quiet failure was safer than honest feedback.

I have a hard time thinking about the pros.
Cons
Working for Alva Manufacturing is extremely tiring and exhausting. The work hours and workloads here are brutal and stressful. Employees are perpetually burned out in this company because aside from the brutal and overwhelming workloads, we also don't get adequate support and guidance from the leadership.
