      Pros

      Good pay. The employees are very dedicated to customer service, but need training on what that means.

      Cons

      Horrible hours. Owner will add people to schedule then yell at manager for being over on payroll. Owner yells at customers, and manager has to calm them down. Owner will not let you manage the business.

      Pros

      The employees were great and enjoyed their jobs as well as spending some of their spare time playing on the dodge balls courts.

      Cons

      Owner is indecisive and requires management to write up at least 2 staff members a week or "facility manager is not doing their job". Owner would sit and listen to manager upholding his rules and then send in assistant manager to smooth things over and give free services to customer, after he had instructed facility manager to not give away items...then he would accuse the staff of theft of the items he had given away.
