It's a great place to learn and grow as a professional. As someone from a creative background, I have received great creative liberty in doing my work. The clientele is extremely diverse -- the work is constantly exciting and challenging -- which I enjoy personally speaking. I have the pleasure of working on such a diverse range of projects. The colleagues are genuinely good natured and helpful (zero politics or workplace toxicity) and the atmosphere is generally very pleasant. I recommend highly to people looking to make lifelong friendships while giving their career a great push.
Cons
Of course, there are few niggling issues like any other agency. The company might underwhelm ones who are coming from a large spacious place. Not all Saturdays are off. Cleanliness and timings are overwatched vigorously, so no space to be clumsy or untidy. Shoes outside - yes, you heard it right. And non-veg food isn't allowed, though you're free to have it outside. Apart from these few things, it's a fun place to be.
1) Lots of work pressure, they have lots of work but employees are less comparatively
2) boss has habit of making you work beyond office hours
3) No Non-veg Allowed
4) Late salary Payments that to by Cheque
5) No Employee Benefits like Gratuity, PF, Paid Leaves etc.
6) The ambiance is not good
