      Pros

      Good Benefits. Co workers are Respectful. If you are in the elite group then you 100% immunity from job loss.

      Cons

      There are people with high designations in the organization however all operational decisions are made by one person who has the backing of the board. This translates into very poor management from the senior staff as the person is not held liable for their poor decisions due to their close relationship with the board. There is no job security and layoffs is common for staff level employees.

      They claim to be "employee friendly" - HA Unless you are part of the inner circle, forget it.

      Cons

      One person runs the place. She's conniving, sneaky and will stab you in the back.
