I went to three managers and finally was scolded from the last one for not taking the abuse by another member of your leadership. All of the other mangers who were not participating in this either knew about it and were ignoring it, or refusing to look into it properly. Sticking their head in the sand. You gave me no information as how to contact you, and when I've tried to contact the office in the past no one picks up the phone. How do I actually report this while remaining a safe distance from this person? However, I doubt it would help given how hard I tried to get this to stop when I was there. I had to confront her myself and she twisted the story, pouting. Everything that she was doing to me was in writing, over chat. I had another coworker start bothering me repeatedly over something I didn't control, someone I had never worked on anything with before, and when I questioned it, she gave in right away and admitted this abusive person in leadership was making her do it, I quote (relatively), "Sorry, I know. She's really intense. She's making me ask you this over and over. I don't know why. I know it's not important." I never had a manager agree to review this with me in detail. Apparently it was too much work and I quote again from another manager, "not a good use of time." After I reported, I was mobbed by her and all her friends until I left. "Death of a thousand cuts" is how I would put it. It was all too much to trace, a lot of work for managers to deal with, easy to twist the story over and over. This should never happen in a workplace, but unfortunately it's all to common, isn't it? For anyone else reading this, this is a company that says the cliche 'we are a family' and literally 'I love you' at the end of company-wide meetings. It is really inappropriate. I think everyone else can read through the lines on what this means in practice for what is supposed to be a professional place. And I want to repeat and make clear, this was a member of leadership.

Very cliquey and disorganized but doesn't seem to want to grow out of it after years, or any consideration to fix it. Mostly kind people with good intentions at the top, but a few very toxic people (experienced a leg of 2-3 months of daily harassment) who are not held accountable when reported on. Virtually nobody uses the project management software/kanban board or will get answers back to you over other mediums and it causes a lot of finger-pointing, to which upper management or those who have been there the longest are always the winners. A lot of late projects with requirements not met for clients. Mention of swapping project management software over and over again, with no intention to enforce using it with each new switch. Very little to no active management of the work itself, management seems more focused on 'therapy sessions' and assumes everything is a social issue rather than looking at and actively managing workloads. No standups, no board management, no project managers, and managers generally had no idea what I was working on at any given time, or if projects were late or missing requirements. I routinely had over 8 hours of client billable work per day, sometimes as high as 12-16hrs per day on my schedule. At other times my schedule was blank, but I was swamped because everyone was direct messaging or emailing me tasks. When trying to work with management or account service to get my schedule under control, most refused to move anything and the expectation was to work weekends often. If deadlines were missed, you were talked to, although I've never had this issue at any other job. Very gaslighting behavior due to ignorance. I was called regularly after hours for non-emergences and on almost every single vacation to the point of having to block certain coworkers on my personal cell phone, and became disengaged very quickly.
