Pros

It's only worth having as a summer job. In the beginning they schedule you to work 64-100 hours a week. The money adds up with all the minimum wage overtime.

Cons

Management behaves poorly, pay is low, 64 hour weeks and the culture is full of immature, petty, gossiping and back stabbing employees. The large amount of hours lasts until you complain about being exhausted or ask for a break then they schedule you less and less until you quit.

The people you care for

Cons

For all of the hats you wear and the overworked hours, the pay is extremely oppressive to not “staff” but to human beings. No advancement. Pay is not changing with rising costs. Raises are stopped at a certain amount. So your stuck with that low income until you retire, if you can even last that long.
