Very poor sense of direction, training and management. Favoritism is played, the managers are NEVER on the same page. One manager will tell you one thing but it's a different story with another manager. Communication lacks, this is a company that does not have a vision or knows how to manage, or knows what they want. They are back and forth and are not clear at all on their expectations. You may be hired for one thing and then end up completely taking on another position. You are left in the dark wondering what is going on that is noway to start a new job. No direction or time lines set in place but then all of the sudden there is a deadline with no prior instruction and you are told there will be an issue if it not met. How about you communicate that in the beginning. How about you provide the necessary tools to succeed. You aren't willing to invest in your employees to help your company in the long run? There is NO interaction from the owners to the employees. Not once did I receive an email an the owner welcoming me into the company, an introduction. Nothing, to me this was a work from the bottom and you are constantly being watched. In my opinion a good company will support you, the managers will interact with you and be involved and make sure you are set up for success. This company had no idea what they wanted for marketing material, they were not prepared, there were many things left up in the air. I have never worked for a company with such a lack of direction. Duties were constantly changed back and forth and not communicated with other managers so then your performance is looked at and you suffer because then it looks like you aren't doing the job you were actually hired to do. Thanks for setting me up to fail, the favoritism is ridiculous nobody wants to work with managers who are not honest and play like they do not know what is going on. Heard they were very quick to remove employees off their website. The layoffs were sudden when the Friday before all was well. This company is impulsive and they really need to improve if they are going to last or grow for that matter. With that said no company is perfect but something needs to change here if they plan to keep their employees and want an uplifting, healthy and encouraging work environment. Employees temporarily worked from home and they sent out a ridiculous work from home policy, what was stated in this policy were things I've never heard of. They mentioned they had the right to go into your home and determine if your work environment was appropriate. All of the employees were raged upon receiving this. This was a stupid policy and I can't believe they would send it out. Managers you really didn't think your employees would respond the way they did? Even if you didn't agree with the wording or how it was presented maybe just talk to us and explain something is there for legal purposes , but acknowledge the ridiculous is all i'm saying. Apollo is a joke of a company. They are part of Primus Management Group which is an unethical company that lies about job positions, preys on recent graduates, and provides no growth for you career. Don't let them fool you. They do door to door sales for Verizon. Hold out for a better opportunity.
