      Pros

      Good benefits medical, 401K matching. Nice location right next to walking trail. Friendly people. Interesting products potential for lots of innovation.

      Cons

      Cronyistic politics. Product development is very garage shop. No real methodology or process as supported by management. Software is being steered toward antiquated architectures. Product management is a disguised takeover of software management. Management allows placing fake positive reviews on Glassdoor, totally unethical.

We have recently changed the structure within these departments and support the ongoing process improvements. As for the comment regarding the posting of "fake reviews", we take this allegation very seriously and stand by our conviction that this statement is false. At no time has Apollo ever supported the posting of reviews by employees or managers alike. We respect the freedom that individuals have to post on sites such as these. We recommend that you contact Glassdoor directly if you feel that "false reviews" are being made as we have no way of controlling or even knowing how reviews get posted on the site.

      > Management are submitting fake reviews to improve rating > Management are not promoting within the company > Poor management foresight > Vacation (2 Weeks) > Micromanagement > The number of meetings > The number of clock watchers
