Appsynth truly looks after and cares about its team. It's a friend and family type of culture. Everybody works professionally and is always willing to support each other. Due to the variety of clients, it helps diverse the projects and it will expand your knowledge into different industries.
Cons
1. With the WFA policy, people don't have the opportunity to physically connect as much. There are only opportunities like Company outings / Quarterly parties to meet the majority of the teams. 2. It's a digital agency / consulting business where clients greatly impact the end-user product. It's a common con that is seen at all agencies. Unlike in-house product companies where they have full control of their end-product.
