Pros

They care about their employees and you are working with one of our most valuable resources, water. Nice to work for a company where you are making a difference.

Cons

Lack of communication between departments.

Pros

The mission of the company is admirable. Working in the water quality industry was the best part about the job. Checks a lot of the "benefit" boxes: Nice vacation policy, benefit options are decent, can't complain about the salary. Option to work Remote, In Office or Hybrid.

Cons

AQI was acquired by Danaher's Water Quality Platform in 2020. Since then, numerous corporate and business processes/policies have been implemented. Some processes are genuinely beneficial, but most of them are overly complex, time-consuming, and not as beneficial as they are intended to be. There has also been massive turnover in leadership and other veteran resources, and the culture has done a complete 180.
