      Pros

      Product give aways other than that, no pros

      Cons

      Raises and bonus only if mgt likes you. Management does not have a clue on day to tasks, mgt will ask for feed back but if you tell them the truth it will back fire on you. Very long hours, no time to ever take a day off, if you do,expect a call.

      Pros

      PTO. Limited overtime. 401K. Friendly atmosphere. Immediate boss is awesome.

      Cons

      No raises or reviews given annually. Lots of bragging about money coming into the company, yet nothing is passed onto the employees that make that happen. People are stretched to the limit with work load.
