Pros

Teammates are wonderful. The company has lucked out with amazing staff.

Cons

Leadership and workplace culture were challenging from my experience. Communication from upper management often felt inconsistent, and I sometimes felt concerns from employees were not handled transparently or professionally. There also appeared to be a strong effort to manage the company’s public image, which made some reviews feel less authentic. I experienced the environment as highly stressful, with low morale and high turnover. In my opinion, there was limited openness to feedback, and leadership could come across as dismissive or overly defensive at times. I also felt that career development and outside industry experience among leadership were limited, which may contribute to some operational and culture issues. Overall, I would encourage prospective employees to carefully research the organization and ask detailed questions about management style, company culture, and employee retention before joining.

Pros

It’s not a school site. And I guess it’s good if you work virtual.

Cons

I thought I’d be happy. The owner has a way of making you feel seen in the interview. But after that dress great at gaslighting using sweet nothings. The managers form what feels like admin in the schools and can easily make decisions about how they think you are without ever telling you. They won’t advocate for you to the schools. Probably because they get paid so much. Oh and the pay really low. They’ll try to say why and ask you to keep salary a secret but your site sped person with the same job is probably making more than you which is crazy because contracting agencies make so much of money. And you won’t get to work with the population you want.

Pros

I worked as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant with this company for nearly four years and gained invaluable experience, especially within the school setting. The company offered flexible hours and scheduling, which made it easier to maintain work-life balance. There was strong support from supervisors and colleagues, and I always felt encouraged to grow professionally. Pay was competitive, and there were plenty of opportunities to expand clinical skills and gain experience across different school environments.

Cons

The caseloads could be overwhelming at times. While this is largely due to being contracted with school districts and not entirely within the company’s control, it can still be challenging to manage the workload during particularly busy periods.
