Pros

They paid us on time, every time. (Paying vendors we use on time is another story)

Cons

So many. Just so many. - Extremely hostile work environment -Management is uncaring -Age discrimination -Borderline sexual harassment -Racial discrimination. (to everyone that isn't from the owners nationality really) -Massive turnover -Reluctance to change -No advancement -Treated like you don't matter -Every employee that isn't from the core nationality looks to leave -Be ready when the CEO visits to treat him like he is VERY special. Last time he came he requested a V8 engine BMW 6 or 5 series only. Incredibly arrogant. Be ready to bow down. -Extremely hostile work environment (need to emphasize this again)

Has gotten better for the most part. - good compensation (better than most asian companies) - mediocre PTO

Cons

- management does not listen or care about their employees - non transparent ideas or views. Especially what's going on in the company - high management are overpaid for minimal task - high turnover rate due to management and unreliable task - talk behind your back in Turkish - unorganized work stractures - in house Management software barely works - MICROMANAGEMENT TO THE MAX

The management provides events to try and make you seem welcome. At first the company seems okay, but that image is short lived.

Cons

Management is terrible. They are disorganized and do not take employees opinions into consideration. They have management heads that do not understand the fundamental of the department, or even have the qualifications to run the department.
