Pros

Good pension, friendly colleagues, throw a good summer and Christmas party!

Cons

Colleagues are very friendly but senior management team make it a toxic place to work. They don’t listen to employees concerns. Over the last few years the company has been in decline with many people leaving and not being replaced, causing huge workload for those who are left…. But they don’t care about that! Eventfully people will break and move on as they can’t manage the expectations. Plus even when you do, and try your hardest, there is never any genuine appreciation from management anyway. You’re just a number.
