Pros

Quarterly banquets There really aren't any benefits working here.

Cons

Management is extremely disrespectful of the people who work below them. If you are not one of your manager's favorites, then good luck! The managers of NJ are notorious for speaking about their subordinates behind their backs, especially to other subordinates, which is extremely unprofessional. My previous manager was very quick to point out your shortcomings and prevent you from climbing the ladder. But if you did anything well that was recognition worthy, she would be the first person front and center, soaking up all the credit she could for your accomplishment. She was also very quick to imply her subordinates were lying when she didn't remember a conversation, even if the rest of the team did remember -- anything that benefited her and did not force her to take responsibility for something going wrong. And FORGET about going to HR about anything! No matter how many times you approach them about inappropriate behavior from your manager (regardless of the severity), nothing will be done because your manager's word goes far beyond yours. This is an extremely toxic environment and makes you not want to go to work.

Pros

I wish there was something nice I could say overall..THANK YOU Lacey for being kind and your attempt at being helpful.

Cons

One recruiter says one thing and when you cannot get back in touch with the recruiter that really wanted to assist you, you are assigned one that says the comments of the previous recruiter are unreliable.

Pros

I reached out to a recruiter and she got back to me in minutes to set up a time to come in and meet to help me with finding a job.

Cons

Had a great meeting and felt really comfortable in working with atrium in helping me a find a job. She was very confident that she would help me find a job as I was looking for entry level. She got back to me with a job and i responded I was interested and then since then she has not responded to any of my emails. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
