      There is nothing good about working here. No other employer will recognize your work here.

      Cons

      Front the first minute you step in here, to the day you finish here, you will feel like you are worthless. They incapacitate you to perform their sewing.

      We respect everyone's right to share their opinion, but statements such as "uneducated" are difficult to reconcile with the reality of the business that has been built. AutoShack has been operating since 1984 and today employs more than 220 people across retail, distribution, customer service, e-commerce, and corporate operations. The company operates a 250,000 sq. ft. distribution center, multiple retail locations, and serves customers throughout North America. We are proud of our roots in the automotive industry. Many successful businesses are built by people who understand their products, customers, and operations firsthand. We view that practical experience as a strength, not a weakness. Like any growing company, we are continually improving our processes, systems, and leadership practices. We recognize that not every employee will agree with every decision or find our environment to be the right fit for their career goals. We remain focused on serving our customers, supporting our employees, and continuing to grow the business. The results achieved over the past four decades speak for themselves.

      Pros

      Everyone is treated like a child and has to clock in 5 mins early. Which is nice because at least we're all suffering together.

      Cons

      I hated my life working at Autoshack. It sucked so much out of me, for very little pay. If you have any other job opportunity - take it, or experience the misery for yourself (trust me it's not worth it, you can do so much better).

These are normal workplace requirements, not unusual demands. We also understand that structured expectations are not the right fit for everyone.       No such thing as pros in this company

      Cons

      - Clock in and out everyday. Like the previous comment they treat you like children. You must come in 5 minutes early or you will be late. - There is no such thing as innovation in this organization. - Rampant racism and abuse of authority. When they terminate people they will parade you for every one to see, Will not give you a shred of dignity. Like they did to me. A lot of people will testify to this, Read all the comments. - The only people who stay in this organization are those subservient and willing to take verbal abuse.

These expectations are in place to ensure fairness and accountability across the team. The termination referenced was handled in accordance with company policy and with professionalism. During that same period, internal communication issues created some unnecessary tension within the team, and we have since taken steps to address those areas. We remain focused on running an efficient, well-managed operation and providing a positive, professional workplace for all employees.
