      Pros

      People are great to work with. Company has a great product line and potential to grow. Succession planning and advancement is key focus but you need to dig in.

      Cons

      Typical manufacturing and supply chain challenges as a result of economic conditions and post pandemic, however, the team works well together to work through it.

      Sky's the limit - if you're motivated, smart, self-energized, then you can work your way up through the organization - parent company Transdigm has lots of opportunity

      Pros

      You are never stuck at a desk, doing only one thing. You can always work with different department on different products and get a lot of varied experience. This is possible everyday with a company of this size, or through formal position changes with a larger company.

      Cons

      Sometime people are too overworked. Due to some processes not being defined well enough there is usually an abundance of work that falls on the people who feel the burden of responsibility.
