      Pros

      The people were very nice and there was no toxic culture which is very hard to come by. Sales team was very supportive and had each other's backs, very little backstabbing happened

      Cons

      No commission structure put in place until almost being there for a year. No direction in marketing as they all got fired. no one really knew what we were selling.
