    Expect to work long shifts with late hours most days. Impossible to have a work/life ballance. Poor management.

    Advice to Management

    Hire a staff member to act as a buffer between the CEO and staff. Allow your staff to have a work/life balance. Compensate them properly for their work.

    Pros

    Easy location to reach is the only pro. There's really no other good thing about Azix.

    Cons

    Absolutely no direction or clear management
    CEO is extremely controlling and condescending
    Halo effect of management
    Very high turnover rate
    Anticipate working through lunch every day, unpaid mandatory meetings, 12+ hour work days regularly
    No ability for work-life balance
    Old technology entirely in Japanese, which is impossible to navigate for non-speakers
    Office is 100% paper-based, very little technology is employed

    Advice to Management

    Treat your staff as human beings and update your office.

    the location is great, nice office

    Cons

    too much work and responsibilities but really Low salary, No respect for employees, power harassment, lack of management, late replies, small office, CEO is mean, she is taking too much advantage of the employees, I don't want anyone to be sacrificed by this company...never recommend anyone to work here. Stay away from this company!!

    Respect for employees, no power harassment, management has to be improved.
