I would not recommend working here or using this company services. The sales pitch they use to sell new business talks about the employees being ‘true north’ on a compass in the palm of your hand but that’s the biggest lie as management could care less about the employees. All they are concerned with is the bottom line. They have absolutely no compassion for their employees at all. In addition, they lie to their customers, generate false reports which is why the client cannot pull their own or have access in the system to see for themselves. They instruct their employees to lie about turnaround times, backlogs and hide breaches that occurs. This company used to be family oriented but that was until the acquisition. The clowns running the HDS side of the business is in way over their heads and have no idea what they are doing and cannot make the numbers promised to the board. The only other option is to lay off folks to save $$$$ on payroll, they calls these RIF’s (reduction in force) to make the ‘bottom line’ look attractive to the investors. Oh, not to mention they hire criminals, I have no idea how some of these folks pass the ‘background check’ just another lie they tell clients. I would suggest googling a few names of the upper management team to check for yourselves.
Cons
Upper management forces employees to lie to clients and if you don't you will be out a job.
