Pros

The residents and some of the staff were great.

Cons

This company claims they are all about the residents, absolutely untrue!! The higher ups only care about themselves and not the residents or staff. The upper management was told on many occasions by many staff and residents that relief staff and some other staff were not doing their job but just sitting on their buts. Those staff were just a warm body and upper management knew about it and did nothing, they simply don't care about the residents or the decent and good staff they have. My advice to any family thinking about sending your loved one to live in one of the group homes with Bamsi, RUN THE OTHER WAY FAST!! They make promises and it is all lies. Terrible!!!!!!
