      mostly old people, they don't mind teaching you the basics

      Pros

      BECIL is a PSU company that act as a third party recruiter for govt. organizations. Good thing is that you get to work with top government officials and you can learn a lot.

      Cons

      BECIL is poor in communicating with the employees, they don't answer the calls nor they reply on mails. Once the contract term of an employee is over they don't really bother about them.

      Coordinator all district level officer and moniter all core Programme like planning,Orgnising,Aquisition etc.

      Permanent staff did not support me because they are too corrupted person
