      Pros

      i've worked at five agencies in my career and have never worked for such a lovely leadership team. carrie and vanessa are approachable and always willing to help, and have a presence in the office - something you don't always see from owners who have been in the industry for as long as they have. same for partners victor and nancy, they are always there, willing to answer questions, guide and support. really, everyone at the agency is warm and welcoming.

      Pros

      Some talented individuals across teams. They work with some really cool Fashion/Lifestyle brands, so I understand why working at BPCM might excite some people interested in that area.

      Cons

      First, my role lacked clear structure and expectations, which made it difficult to contribute meaningfully or see a clear path for growth. The agency's structure was disorganized ,and internal communication was inconsistent across teams. Culturally, the environment felt unwelcoming, making it hard to feel included or that my hard work was valued.
