      Family business has advantages and disadvantages

      Pros

      Everyone was friendly and I personally experienced a degree of independence which was nice. They delivered good and personalized service to their clients.

      Cons

      Compensation was very low. Family-run business with the usual growing pains - disorganized, sometimes promising to clients more than was realistic as far as services provided, management didn't have a good concept of the industry all the time.

      Pros

      Everything about working here is a pro. I've had many different types of employment and this was by far my favorite. The company is family owned, and the family tries their best to make you feel like you're apart of them. They we're always making sure I was okay, and making sure everyone else was too. I don't have experience in web or any skills, they saw me potential and offered to promote me if I was willing to learn more, so it's definitely a place you can grow! The programmers and management are all so kind, it didn't take long for me to feel right at home when I worked there.

      They buy doughnuts and it made me gain weight but is a happy tummy really a con?
