      Well if you are new in dubai and doesnt have alot of options then starting your career with back office will be fine.

      Cons

      Third class insurance Third class home country air ticket for which you literally have to beg. Worst HR in the history of mankind. Discrimination, Dramas for no reason and so called managers who actually don’t even know how to write emails.
